Returns & Refunds Policy

At Buckeye Farms UK, we want every adult customer (18+) to feel confident when ordering from us. While we take care in our packaging, shipping, and product handling, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in a clear and fair way, consistent with UK consumer standards.


Eligibility

Because we supply age-restricted and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items under any circumstances. This is for safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons.

We can only offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

✔ Damaged items on arrival

If a product arrives noticeably damaged or unusable, adult customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • their order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


✔ Incorrect item received

If an adult customer receives the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.


✔ Missing items

If an order arrives incomplete, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and correct the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened products

  • used products

  • products damaged by the customer

  • items returned without contacting customer support first

  • any consumable items that have been opened

This policy protects customers by ensuring that every product we ship is fresh, sealed, and safe.


Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds typically take:

  • 3–7 business days for card or PayPal refunds

  • 1–3 confirmations for Bitcoin refunds, depending on the processor

  • Instant–48 hours for Apple Pay or Google Pay refunds (depending on the bank)

We will always notify the customer once their refund has been processed.


Replacements

If a replacement is more appropriate than a refund, we will ship a new item at no extra cost once the claim is approved.


Order Issues & Support

If adult customers experience any issues with their order, they should contact our support team with:

  • name

  • order number

  • photos (if applicable)

  • a clear explanation of the issue

We aim to reply as quickly as possible and resolve all concerns professionally.


Age-Restricted Orders

Please note:
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders where:

  • age verification fails

  • the delivery person cannot confirm age (when required)

  • the customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Orders returned due to failed age verification cannot be refunded.
